For trial orders we can discuss lower quantities at a slightly higher unit price; just tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is possible.

As a factory-direct supplier, pricing depends on material, size, packaging and order quantity. Typical FOB ranges are: basic open-toe slippers from USD 0.12-0.25 per pair, closed-toe EVA slippers USD 0.45-1.20 per pair, dental kits USD 0.08-0.25 per set, 30ml bath bottles USD 0.15-0.45 per piece. Send your specification and quantity for an exact quotation within 12 hours.

Stock samples ship within 3 days. Custom samples with your logo take 5-10 days depending on the item (slippers 5-7 days, bottles and soap 7-10 days). Sample fees are refundable against your bulk order.

Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T and 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000, and Alibaba Trade Assurance if you prefer platform protection. For long-term partners we can discuss 60-day credit terms after several successful orders.

15-20 days for slippers, 20-25 days for kits, bottles and soap after artwork and deposit confirmation. Peak season (August to November, before the winter hotel procurement cycle) may add 5-7 days, so we recommend booking production 45 days before your required delivery date.

Yes — this is our core service. We print or embroider logos on slippers (upper, insole or label), toothbrush handles and toothpaste packaging, razor handles, bottle labels and soap (embossed). We provide a free digital proof within 24-48 hours before you commit to an order.

Yes — we can produce the full range in lower-impact materials: wheat-straw and bamboo toothbrushes and combs, kraft paper pouches and boxes, recycled-board and recyclable paper packaging, recycled PET (rPET) and sugarcane-based bio-PE bottles, recycled polyester slipper fleece, biodegradable slipper soles, paraben-free and sulfate-free formulations, and soap in pleated paper wrap instead of plastic film. Eco lines typically cost 10-30% more than standard lines, and the premium narrows above 20,000 pieces per item.

We are deliberately straight about this: we do not hold ISO 9001, FSC or social-audit (BSCI / Sedex) certification at present, and we do not display certificates we have not earned. What we can commit to is process control — incoming material checks, in-line inspection and AQL pre-shipment inspection with a written report and photos before every shipment — plus third-party laboratory testing (SGS, Intertek, BV) arranged on request for your destination market. If your tender requires a specific certificate, tell us at the enquiry stage so we can confirm honestly whether we can meet it before you spend time on samples.

For each order we can provide the product specification sheet, material information, packing list, and where relevant MSDS and third-party lab test reports arranged for your destination market. If your procurement team has a supplier questionnaire or audit checklist, send it to us and we will complete it with the documents we hold.

We ship from Shenzhen, Ningbo and Shanghai ports. FOB, CIF and DDP terms are all available. For smaller trial orders we ship by air or express (DHL/FedEx) door to door; for full containers we arrange sea freight with door delivery to your warehouse if you choose DDP.
