This Privacy Policy explains how Yunastral (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit www.yunastral.com (the “Site”) or contact us through WhatsApp or email. We are a manufacturer and supplier of hotel amenities selling to business buyers; we do not sell products to consumers and we do not sell personal data.

• Information you give us. When you contact us via WhatsApp, email or a phone call, we receive your name, company name, country, contact details and the details of your inquiry (products, quantities, specifications, artwork files).
• Inquiry form. The inquiry form on the Contact page does not send data to our servers. It only opens WhatsApp with a message pre-filled from what you typed, so nothing is stored by this Site.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of access, for security and performance purposes.
• Cookies. This Site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, consent will be requested before non-essential cookies are set.
